We're onboarding five GTA shops before heating season peaks: setup fee waived and month one is $99, in exchange for honest feedback and a testimonial if we earn it. When they're gone, they're gone.
Our guarantee: if we don't catch and work at least 10 missed calls in your first month, month two is free. If we don't catch calls, you shouldn't pay — simple.
Straight answers
No — never. Your customers keep calling the number they know. You turn on conditional call forwarding (forwards only the calls you miss — busy, no-answer, after hours). It takes about two minutes and we walk you through it live. Answered calls ring and work exactly as they do today.
No phone robots. It's a text conversation — the way your customers already talk to businesses. It introduces itself as your shop's assistant, never pretends to be you, never quotes prices, and a real person on our team supervises every conversation and steps in the moment anything is unusual.
